He studied Management Assistant his educational background gives him a push towards his strategy to run the Operations of a company, as an operations manager he is responsible for ensuring that the company has the best working environment and processes.

He evaluates how a business operates which involves managing the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with any guidelines.
